Your query
By submitting a query through this form, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge and belief:a. you are the author of the work described in your query, or otherwise own or control the relevant rights in it, or are duly authorised to submit the query;b. the information you provide in your query is materially accurate;c. the query is not knowingly submitted in breach of confidence or in breach of any contractual or other obligation owed to any third party;d. nothing in your query knowingly infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, data protection, contractual or other rights of any third party;e. you have disclosed, where applicable, whether the work described in your query is based on underlying rights, real persons, source material, collaboration with others, or any third-party rights position.3. No obligation to review or proceed
Pedestrian is under no obligation to review, respond to, return, discuss, develop, request, option, acquire or otherwise pursue any query.Pedestrian may, in its sole discretion:a. review or not review a query;b. request further information;c. request a submission;d. decide not to proceed for any reason;e. remove, reject or delete queries that are incomplete, duplicative, inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise unsuitable.Pedestrian is not obliged to provide feedback.6. Internal evaluation
You agree that Pedestrian may copy, store and circulate your query internally to the limited extent reasonably necessary for evaluation, administration, recordkeeping and related business purposes.7. No transfer of rights; no deal

This release applies to any script, treatment, deck, bible, outline, proposal, sample, audiovisual material, supporting document or other material you submit to Pedestrian through this process.Pedestrian is willing to receive submissions through this form only on the basis set out in this release.2. Controlled submissions only
You confirm that you are submitting materials through this form because Pedestrian has asked to receive them, or has otherwise agreed that you may submit them through this process.Pedestrian does not accept unsolicited submissions outside this process. Any materials sent outside this process may be deleted or destroyed without review and will not be treated as confidential.3. Your submission

Internal evaluation and handling
You agree that Pedestrian may copy, store, reproduce and circulate your submission internally to the limited extent reasonably necessary for evaluation, administration, recordkeeping, legal review, business planning and related internal purposes.Pedestrian may also disclose the submission, on a confidential basis where appropriate, to external professional advisers and to selected third parties where reasonably necessary to evaluate or explore the submission, including potential producing, directing, financing, publishing, broadcasting, distribution or other creative or commercial partners.8. No transfer of rights; no implied deal
By submitting materials through this form, you do not assign, transfer or licence ownership of your work to Pedestrian.Pedestrian does not obtain any right to exploit your submitted work merely by receiving or reviewing it.Equally, you do not obtain any option, attachment, commission, development commitment, acquisition right, licence, partnership interest, fiduciary obligation or entitlement to payment merely because Pedestrian has asked for or received your submission.No agreement between you and Pedestrian will arise unless and until a separate written agreement is expressly entered into and signed by Pedestrian.9. Retention, archiving and deletion
Pedestrian may retain your submission and related records for so long as reasonably necessary for evaluation, administration, internal recordkeeping, legal or regulatory compliance, dispute handling and legitimate business purposes.After that period, Pedestrian may archive, anonymise or delete the materials in accordance with its retention practices and Privacy Notice.Pedestrian is not obliged to return any physical or digital materials submitted through this process.10. No waiver of Pedestrian’s rights
Nothing in this release limits or waives any rights, remedies, arguments or protections available to Pedestrian under contract, copyright, confidentiality, data protection or any other applicable law.11. Remedies
If a dispute arises in connection with your submission, your remedies, if any, shall be limited to those available under applicable law.You agree that the mere fact of submission or similarity shall not, by itself, entitle you to restrain or prevent the development, production, publication, exploitation or other use of any Pedestrian or third-party project, except to the extent a court of competent jurisdiction determines otherwise under applicable law.12.
